Mart has experience in managing several organisations of different size with personnel ranging from ten to a thousand people.

During 1992-1995 he was the CEO of Hotel Strand and after that worked as a chairman of the board of EMV Kinnisvara (real estate company, later named Skanska).

 

He is a well-known management consultant and a trainer for business organisations, and also a lecturer at University of Tartu and University of Tallinn.
